What is Disqovr?

Understand how Disqovr turns a software need into a governed decision and measurable outcome.

Disqovr is a shared workspace for choosing and operating business software. It connects the original need, stakeholder evidence, vendor responses, scoring, approvals, contract handover and post-launch outcome so the decision can be explained later without reconstructing it from email and spreadsheets.

In the app: /dashboard

Before you start

• You need an active Disqovr workspace membership.

• The pages and actions you see depend on your workspace role, project access and plan.

Step by step

1. Define

Frame why the project exists, name the owner and sponsor, describe the problem, set success criteria, choose must-have capabilities and record the context that vendors must fit.

2. Discover

Gather stakeholder input, search the vendor directory, create a credible longlist and make first contact with suppliers. Ideas and Software Register renewals can both become projects.

3. Demonstrate

Run demos, vendor questionnaires, portal responses, use-case testing and commercial requests. These evidence streams can run in parallel when that suits the evaluation.

4. Decide

Compare like-for-like evidence, check score coverage, vote on a shortlist, select a winner, write the business case and collect formal approval.

5. Deliver

Capture the signed contract and go-live details, transfer the selected software into the Software Register and close the active selection work.

6. Determine

Track implementation milestones, compare promised value with delivered value, run post-launch validation and start a new renewal review when the next decision is due.

AI-assisted drafts and analysis support the workflow; the buying team remains responsible for checking evidence, figures and the final decision.

What happens next

• Open Dashboard to see the work that needs your attention.

• Create a project or submit an idea when you are ready to begin.

Troubleshooting

A lifecycle phase or action is not visible.

The project approach can omit optional stages, and some actions require the project owner, an assigned reviewer or a workspace admin. Open Project settings to review the approach and your access.

A project opens in read-only mode.

Check whether it is cancelled or whether your membership is view-only. A workspace admin can reopen a cancelled project or change the relevant membership; completed projects remain available for reporting and Determine work.
