Manage the projects list
Find active or closed evaluations, save useful filters and understand each project card.
Projects is the portfolio of evaluations you are allowed to access. Active work is kept separate from completed, cancelled and archived records so the working list stays useful without losing the history.
Before you start
• You must be a workspace member.
• Restricted projects appear only when you are the owner, an admin or an added project member.
Step by step
1. Choose the lifecycle view
Use Active for current work. Open Completed for finished selections, Cancelled for stopped work and Archived for records deliberately removed from normal operation.
2. Search by project context
Enter a project name or software type in Search. Select a suggestion to open that project directly, or use the remaining filters to narrow the card grid.
3. Filter and sort
Choose an Owner when more than one is available, select the desired sort order and use the phase-status chips inside Active to focus on a particular stage.
4. Save a reusable view
After setting view, status, search, owner and sort options, use Saved searches to store a frequently used portfolio view. Reopen it later without reconstructing every filter.
5. Read a project card
The card shows outcome or stage, project name and description, current phase and next step, owner, vendor count, recent update and pipeline progress. Select it to open the workspace.
6. Create or adjust a project
Use New project to begin. Project owners and admins can use the card settings control for management actions without entering an unrelated project stage.
What happens next
• Open the current project and follow the highlighted next step in its lifecycle rail.
• Review completed projects periodically for Determine and renewal work.
Troubleshooting
A known project is not in Active.
Clear the search, owner and status filters, then check Completed, Cancelled and Archived. Confirm you have membership if the project is Restricted.
A saved view returns no projects.
The saved query may contain an owner or status that no longer matches the portfolio. Open the normal Projects route, rebuild the filter and replace the saved view.
Pipeline progress looks lower than expected.
Progress follows recorded workflow completion, not elapsed time or a manual percentage. Open the project rail to see the stage that is still incomplete or skipped.
