Brand the workspace

Apply approved logos, colours and portal copy to shared experiences.

Branding controls the supported visual identity used across the workspace and eligible external experiences. Keep one approved source for logos, colours and portal copy so buyers, stakeholders and vendors see a consistent identity.

In the app: /settings/branding

Before you start

• Workspace admin access is required.

• Prepare appropriately cropped light and dark assets and approved accessible brand colours.

Step by step

1. Open the branding editor

Go to Settings → Branding. The Workspace page only previews the current logo and links back here; it is not a second edit surface.

2. Upload the primary assets

Add the supported logo, icon and dark-mode variants. Use files with transparent backgrounds where appropriate and check the preview after each upload.

3. Set colours and presentation

Enter the approved brand colours and any supported portal heading or supporting copy. Choose colours with sufficient contrast against both light and dark backgrounds.

4. Save and review shared surfaces

Save the changes, refresh the app shell and preview an external portal or form experience where branding is enabled.

5. Keep alternatives available

If the light asset disappears on a dark background, upload a proper dark-mode variant rather than embedding a background into every logo file.

What happens next

• New portal and form sessions use the saved branding according to the workspace plan and feature configuration.

• Workspace name, contact details and AI context remain under Settings → Workspace.

Troubleshooting

An image uploads but looks cropped or blurred

Use the recommended aspect ratio, remove excess transparent padding and upload a higher-resolution source without enlarging a small bitmap.

Branding is not visible on an external page

Confirm that the experience supports workspace branding and that the current plan enables that surface. Refresh a new preview rather than relying on an already-open session.

The controls are not shown

Only workspace admins can edit branding. Some white-label fields can also depend on workspace capabilities.
