Disqovr AI is a permission-aware assistant and a set of focused drafting tools throughout the app. It can help structure a brief, suggest requirements or questions, summarise evidence and analyse comparisons, but it does not replace the accountable reviewer.

Before you start

• AI availability depends on workspace plan, platform configuration and your access to the source records.

• Remove secrets and unnecessary personal data from prompts. Use the project record—not a prompt—as the durable source of truth.

Step by step

1. Choose the narrowest AI task

Open Disqovr AI from the top bar or use the assistant next to the project, form, comparison or report you are working on. A focused tool carries better context than a general question.

2. State the intended outcome

Explain the decision, audience, constraints and format you need. Reference facts already held in the workspace instead of pasting duplicate sensitive material.

3. Review the generated draft

Check names, dates, numbers, vendor claims, requirements and recommendations. Open cited or source evidence where the feature provides it.

4. Apply only what is useful

Edit the draft before saving it to a project, form or report. Do not apply suggestions in bulk without checking scope and duplication.

5. Record accountable evidence

Save the verified result in the normal workflow and capture human rationale for important decisions.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify every material fact before it affects a vendor, approval, contract or public report.

What happens next

• The saved project or form content becomes the operational record; the AI conversation is not a substitute for that record.

• Improve future outputs by maintaining accurate workspace AI context and a complete project setup.

AI is not available

Check plan and workspace configuration, then confirm you have access to the relevant project or feature. An admin can review workspace AI context and eligibility.

The answer is generic

Add a specific audience, outcome and constraints, then improve the underlying project problem, success criteria and capabilities.

A cited record cannot be opened

Your membership or record access may have changed. Do not rely on the claim until an authorised reviewer can open the source.
