Getting help
Search the Help Centre, ask the assistant or contact support with useful context.
Start with the Help Centre for task instructions and known workflows. The in-app support assistant searches the same published guides and can point to the most relevant article. Raise a human-support request when the documented steps do not resolve the issue.
Before you start
• Note the page, workspace, project and approximate time of the problem.
• Remove passwords, codes, API keys, payment details and confidential vendor documents from anything you plan to send.
Step by step
1. Search by task and UI label
Search the Help Centre using the action, page title, error text or tag—for example publish survey, RFI reopen or read-only project.
2. Ask the in-app assistant
Open the help widget and describe what you were trying to achieve. Follow its linked article and verify the steps against the current page.
3. Check service status
If several unrelated actions fail, review the status information offered by the widget before changing data or retrying repeatedly.
4. Raise a support request
Choose the human-support option and include expected behaviour, actual behaviour, reproduction steps, page URL path, time and affected workspace or project.
5. Add a safe screenshot when useful
Crop to the relevant control, hide personal or commercial information and keep secret values outside the image.
What happens next
• Continue the conversation in the support thread so replies, attachments and resolution stay together.
• If the problem affects a deadline, tell the project owner and record any agreed workaround in the project.
Troubleshooting
The assistant returns an unrelated guide
Use the exact page or control label and include the task outcome rather than only the word error.
The support widget does not open
Refresh once, check browser content blockers and use the public Contact page if the widget remains unavailable.
A ticket reply is missing
Open the existing support thread in the widget and check the email address on your profile rather than raising duplicate tickets.
