Connect integrations and the answer library
Review live connections, coming-soon connectors and reusable-answer availability.
The Integrations catalogue shows which connections are live, connected or coming soon. Answer Library is a separate workspace capability that can be enabled on the same page only when the platform has made it available globally.
Before you start
• Workspace admin access is required to configure integrations.
• Use a service account or approved workspace-owned endpoint where possible, and know who will own the connection.
Step by step
1. Review the catalogue
Open Settings → Integrations. Live cards can be opened; Coming soon cards are informational and cannot be configured.
2. Check connection status
A live integration reads Connected only when it is enabled and has saved configuration. Open the card to inspect or update it.
3. Configure the live connector
Enter the requested endpoint or credentials, enable the connection and save. Use the connector’s test action before relying on it for a live workflow.
4. Decide on Answer Library
If the Answer Library control is visible, enable it only after assigning owners for approved reusable answers and their review cycle.
5. Run a non-sensitive test
Use a test message or draft workflow that contains no confidential vendor material, then confirm the destination and formatting.
What happens next
• Configured connections operate only for the supported events described by that connector.
• A Connected badge is configuration status, not proof that every downstream permission remains valid.
Troubleshooting
A catalogue card cannot be opened
Cards marked Coming soon are disabled. A live integration may also require admin access.
Answer Library is not shown
The platform-level feature is not enabled for this environment, so the workspace cannot opt in yet.
A previously connected integration fails
Open it, verify the saved endpoint remains enabled and run the test. Rotate or replace revoked downstream credentials.
